Hold down the green button while turning the machine on for a cold reset.

If it has a network card, remove it and try again.

Push the plate down with anything you can get into the small opening that it will allow you to get into. When you can latch the plate down, it will open. When you do get it down, toss the middle spring, along with the black plastic thing on top. It is the cause of a lot of stress and not needed.

Hello Niramon,

The error message hp laserjet P3005n error 57.03 is due to sub cooling fan (FM2) error has occurred. Fan operation is verified during device power up. Fan operation occurs only during power up or during a print job.Turn the device off and then on. Verify that nothing is hindering or blocking the fan. Verify that the fan is connected to connector J512 on the ECU PCA. You might have to remove the main cooling fan to see this connection. If the message persists, replace the fan.

Annoying but easy to solve.
Go to the printer's ip address management page from a web browser. Look under the TCP/IP address settings. Click on the advanced selection. Disable the LPD Banner page. That should fix it, if it's not under advanced poke around until you find LPD Banner Page. ;)
