Question about Insignia Sport MP3 Player
I know with the newer models if you hold the power button for about 30 seconds it will hard reset but taking out the battery if the back snaps off, or if it just has one
screw (or a black dot covering a screw). The batteries usually either
just pop out or have a simple clip holding them in. It should restart
Or you can call insignia mp3 help at 1-800-699-9218 and see if they have any suggestions.
