Question about Sierra Custom Home 3D (63002)
"The procedure entry point _resetstkoflw could not be located in the dynamic link libray msvcrt.dll." i HAD this problem. deleted the msvcrt.dll file and it seemed to work, however a new problem arose:
when i launch the program, the part where you select what project to open, when i chose 'start with a blank design' or 'getting started'
i get the message:
Sierra Home Architect (tm) has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
i'm not sure if the 'open most recent design' one works as i had uninstalled the program a few months ago and reinstalled it lately.
if i open a file in the 'open designer rooms library' first, i can open an existing file through the file menu.
Did anyone get the solution for the crashing on launch of 'start with a blank design'? I also have the same problem when i try to use the 'getting started' wich means i can only use 'open designer rooms library'

My problem EXACTLY!! (except I never had the msvcrt.dll problem) Mine also started a few months ago which makes me wonder if a windows update hasn't interfered with the program!
