Service manual benq ms 612st

Hello I need help with my benq ms 500. Once I plug dstv or laptop on it, it goes off completely within 2 minutes. I tried to clean its fans n board but I stil have same problem

I believe that response time is built in and cannot be adjusted. Use the drivers on the CD that came with it. 8720 Went out just prior to playing. Now will start up, go to benq logo then lamp goes off. on top of projector lamp light is red. repeat lamp does go on seems as bright as ever but shortly after benq logo goes off. By my recollection lamp is not beyond it's 2000 hour range.

go to the above site and look for the manual to download if available. if it is not available we are sorry because the company itself has no manuals for it.

BenQ does not make MAC OS drivers for this model scanner. Only Windows XP on down to 98 are provided.
Maybe you could run XP in BootCamp, Parallels, or VMWare Fusion on your Mac and use the scanner from the Windows OS...?
