The pressure relief valve(bypass) is most likely stuck or clogged. take the relief valve off and check for broken or jammed parts..there should be a bypass hose that goes around the pressure valve

Quantum xte power washer

carby full of oil due to possible roll over of machine, remove carby bowl and clean with brake cleaner or similar. re assemble and try, disconect oil pressure switch while testing to eliminate that issue, usually connected to off switch.

I have a craftsman 6hp quantum xte pressure washer and while it is running there is oil spraying out of motor.

This depends heavily on where the oil is coming out of the engine. A very common issue is to have at some point tipped the machine over. This causes the fuel to run through the carb and down into the crank case. When this happens you will end up with the crank case being over filled with the oil / fuel mixture and will see things like what you are describing.
Check your oil and see if it smells like gas. If it does drain the oil and replace it with 30WT motor oil. You will likely need to replace the air filter and spark plug as well as it is common for the filter to become oil soaked and the plug to be fouled when this occurs. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me using the information below.
