I work on commercial dishwashers. However, results issues are typically standard. Make sure to use a rinse additive. Hazy look sounds like a hard water problem. You did not mention if this is a new issue or a continual one. If you have a water softener check to make sure that it is using salt. Do not overload the dishwasher and see how they come out. I use Electrosol because I have hard water. My mom uses Cascade because she has a water softener. I am not plugging for Electrosol because I do not even know if it has any softening agents. I just know that my glasses come out clean.
This problem occurs due to excessive calcium build up inside the
dishwasher. Try cleaning you dishwasher using a dishwasher cleaner.
There are a few out there.

I would also recommend checking the water temp. it should be about a 120 degrees
Fahrenheit when entering the dishwasher.
There is usually two, sometimes three spray arms in a dishwasher.
Make sure there is no debris blocking the holes inside each spray
