Delonghi BCO330T won't heat or brew on coffee or expresso side. Burner won't heat but power is getting to the machine. 17 months old, out of warranty.

First problem was no heat to place, but coffee still brewed. Next morning, coffee would not brew, tried expresso side and dead. Out of warranty, paid $129 17 months ago and trying troubleshoot before trashing. Seems to be common among owners.

My delonghi coffee & expresso stopped brewing

does it have a power light on or not lite up ? if so you have power to the machine ? if so . the thermal fuse will have blown and is not re-settable .it is in line of the power cord and or along the water heating tube as a thermal indicator to blow when too hot for human consumption ..nice huh it is a size of an aspirin not soldered only crimped style radio shack has them rated at about 8-10 amperage of two for $ 12.00 bucks or so. manufactures make it so it is a throw away sociaty they are made in bing dow chi chi mow countries and you can afford to buy another , not us we are smart and us a thermal breaker that is re-settable but it alone is $ 15.00 bucks but I have several that I gave out to less fortunate families through the years, because I hate filling up land fills with trash that can be fixed..that who I am ..mybad...if it is worth the trouble you can fix it with a test meter and fillips screw driver and such...if you paid 20-30 dollars ?? happy trails >^.^<

My < year old DeLonghi

If the light comes on and the coffee is not brewing than it is the heat plate temperature fuse. You need tamper torx bits to open the bottom unit and replace the fuse, radio shack sells them. I have had to change several of these on Delonghi products. These are mechanical connections and the leads need to be crimped properly or the unit will fail.

I have a three month old Miele CVA 4066. I have recently cleaned the unit twice (using little tablets in coffee grinder), as well as descled. The coffee, expresso, etc. is barely dripping out of the unit. ...

your brew unit is clogged. It will need to be removed and cleaned every 24 hours as per the owners manual. There is a yellow laminated card in the box with the accessories that shows step by step how to perform the 24 hour maintenance. To prolong the life of the brew unit, make sure the coffee grind size lever is in the middle or to the right of center, rather than the left (fine) side. Also, you only want to use dry beans, preferably espresso beans. Oily beans like french roast will clog that brew unit up very quickly.

Have a delonghi dc78tc coffee maker and have power but it will not brew any suggestions

Try replacing the element. What is happening is is that the element is not getting hot enough to pull any water from the tank and heat it and send it up through the shower head to brew the coffee. Sometimes it can be a thermostat but more than likely it is a heating element.

Don't know how to work the steamer.

I have the same Conair Cuisine Ultra expresso maker as you; its an old one. Make sure the coffee grind is in the spoon/filter cup and as the water heats it will brew the expresso. Simply twist the the knob at the top of the silver steam valve stem will let out hot steam for you to frosh the milk.
