Had a picture last night briefly
and this morning nothing. Followed instruction in booklet. Now nothing. This t.v. is mirrored off of receiver (DISH) in bedroom and everything in bedroom workroom well. ??? Does this t.v. have a tube that could go out? I have only had it hooked up about one year, however, I bought it at CVS 2yrs ago and it sat in the box.
I would see if you can get picture with anything else, like maybe a DVD player. If that works you may want to call DISH to help in setting up the TV properly.

sometimes you can have weaker signal, and pictures freeze...
it can be caused by bad weather, by thunderstorms, heavy rain....
you can't do anything about it, just get stronger antena....it can improve your gain from signal, but never for 100%
what i would try, is pull the battery and leave it out for half an hour, and then plug in the laptop, turn it on, and then insert the battery. this should reset the cmos settings and clear up any problems
I tried this solution last night. had a similar issue. opened up the back panel and cleaned the fan. just for the fun of it, i tried to turn the tv on and presto. it works fine now and i probably saved a bundle. thanks!!!
I had a similar problem when there was a power outage or the lights went briefly out. I unplugged the TV and left it for a few days/weeks and then plugged it in and the TV worked. I think newer TVs should be treated like a home computer and put them on surge protectors.
Eventually, the camera's battery will die. I suggest removing the battery and then wait for 30 seconds and put it back in. This should solve the problem.
Good Morning!
DIficult to see this kind of problem here, but, there alternatives
May be, something with the video modulator, or RAMS,
other things like that, may be "virus" but if you go on save mode and try to run, ( IF YOU CAN) the complete antivirus, try that!
