- That's why I included the serial number, in hopes it could lead to a model number. During further online research, I saw many references to HFAI, and realized I had found a sticker on the bottom of the phone with this printed on it. Is this the model number or too generic to help? Above the serial number was a barcode sticker with this number on it — HAC 107635476 7317H01F-003. The sticker did not indicate what the number represents. If none of this helps, can anyone tell me another approach to take?

- I think you've sent me on the right path. The photo at the link looks just like ours, 34 line buttons and all. Should there be a button labeled "intercom," or would we press the "conference" button or something else before pressing 799? Thanks.
