We need to use the Lucent Merlin ''all call'' feature
We lost the user guide for the Lucent Merlin phone at our front desk, and AT&T won't call me back about it. I can find no model number on the phone, but the serial number is 98SP42 232482. We have about 25 phones in our system, all with speakerphone feature, and we need to know how to use the ''all call'' feature on the speakers. If nobody has an answer, are any user guides still out there?

The Privacy is part of FP1. You need to pick a button with a light, put the T/P switch in P, touch the button, dial *72, and put the switch back in the center position.
If that doesn't work, try Auto Ans Intercom or Do Not Disturb under the same button (*70,*71). If you can't get any of the features to work, I'm guessing that the FP cartridge needs to be replaced or power down the system and remove and insert the cartridge again.
Wow, an oldie for sure. An SP-34 is a non-speakerphone (but monitor speaker) 34 button non-display terminal for a Merlin system. It's not exactly that easy, because the system it's connected to might not be what I would expect, but try this for size. http://public.carl.airpost.net/Avaya/MERLIN_PLUS_UG.pdf
It gives you the basics and the codes should all be correct. If they don't work, you need to find out what model your cabinet is in the back room and post back, but the timing is right for a Plus.
Every single manual is avalable from the Avaya website. The cabinet in the back room is either off-white or gray metal. If it's an off-white one, it's probably a Legend. If it's gray metal, it's a Magix. The manuals are HUGE. Most of my customers have an 8 1/2 x 11 Administrator's guide, and a little spiral bound set user's guides, both for the console and the MLX-28DP phones.
Search around your place and see if someone has one squirreled away.
