Question about HP Officejet 4315 All-in-One Printer
Yeah try this install the software for the printer if it has already been.Firstly try making a copy if that works then on the computer desktop icons locate an hp director or solution centre icon(either one).
once opened then click on settings click on scan settings and click on scan to setup .
In the new window make sure all items on the left are moved to the right click on ok and then try scanning this should fix the issue.
Now if the copying is not working.
then it is a hardware issue and the printer needs to be replaced so call in to the toll free number of hp at 1800-474-6836
and you will get an agent who will either troubleshoot your issue or a better option would be to ask the agent to provide upgrade printer options .
you will get a 50% discount on your upgrade printer with all parts and manuals as well as warranty for hardware as well as software issues on the upgrade .
P.S. remember also to go in for an extended service plan
