Trouble getting the pics from camera (Lumix FS3) into my computer

I cannot get my pics from the camera into the computer tho up till today it has been working easily. I do not think I have changed any settings. I see the pics are safely in the camera so they are OK.

OK Sharkymo - I have a new folder but nothing in it. Usually the most recent pics immediately show up in the folder but not this time. That is the problem.

Camera is at "on" & plugged in the USB cable

Camera is turned on & set at PC setting.

    Empty folder

    Pics still in camera.

Usually a file opens immediately showing the latest pics. This time nothing. If I click on "open a file" today it just shows up empty.I never have to search for a file as you suggest.

.here is the solution when you have the photos to transfer form you digicam,
you have to insert the usb cable to the pc,
you will get a pop like->open with (use open file/folder)
after you select there will a folder.
so for finding the right have to click menu->thumbnails
then start searching the image folder and locate it,
if you find the folder click
mycomputer->tools->folder option->view->showo all hidden files.

check the image folder you respected image file will be there...
is not jus add a comment ill post another solution.

try searching different folders, because if you have your pics definitly you will have your photos in some folders and try going into every folder to (with thumbnail)
    you will find it,
    else other possibilty

you can buy a card reader for 7$,insert your memory card in that, and you can find all the photos.

I have a memory card in my Lumix DMC-LX5. I was unable to erase anything with it in the camera and had to do it from my card reader on my computer. When I put the card back in the camera, it said the...

You used the computer's operating system to delete the pictures. Now, your camera doesn't recognize what happened since it uses a completely different operating system. To get the card working again, you must format it in the camera. This will erase it so download any pics you want to save first.

I sometimes get blurry pics because of unsteady hands. I know there has to be a setting on the camera for this.

The FS3 uses Panasonic's Mega O.I.S optical image stabilization system. The system is on by default in Intelligent Auto mode, and user selectable in all other modes. The system's two modes (continuous stabilization and shot-only stabilization that kicks in when the shutter is half-pressed) are, in typical Panasonic fashion, unintuitively labeled "Mode 1" and "Mode 2." Some in-camera explanation – call them "Continuous" and "Single Shot" for instance – would probably eliminate some confusion on this front.
