Problem for HP G85xi All-Color InkJet Printer
I put in new color and black cartridges a couple
I put in new color and black cartridges a couple of days ago and was able to print okay. Now I keep getting ''Remove and Check Black Cartridge'' prompt. I've taken out Black Cartridge, turned off printer, taken out both cartridges, tried to print test page, can't get rid of ''Remove and Check'' prompt and can't print anything, color or black. Help!!!!!!!

- HI ALL, I HAVE SAME PROBLEM. I TOOK IN TO LOCAL COMPUTER GUY SUPPOSEDLY CLEANED IT AND WORKED GREAT . SO HE SAYS, I TAKE IT HOME, SAME ERROR SHOWS ON MACHINE AND WONT LET ME CANCEL OR PRINT. REMOVE AND CHECK BLACK CARTRIDGE. ON 2ND NEW HP CARTRIDGE , NOT REFIL.ANYBODY GOT IDEAS?- JOHNSFRAME
