Question about RCA HD52W59 HDTV Projection Television
Replacing your main board should correct this problem.

I have one of these in the shop now. The one I have powers up filaments on C>R>Ts look normal, has sound, H.V. comes up, then filaments cut by half and the set shuts down.Set displays no picture, no arching from the tubes them selves, no arching or leaking from the splitter or the flyback. I am inclined to believe at this point the flyback may be weak. (you can get a look at the filaments by removing the front cover below the screen.) I am suspecting a bad flyback transformer. Respectfully, I don't believe a main board will solve this problem being related to a deflection failure
