The two 3.0 ports are colored blue the other 8 usb ports are 2.0

If multiple USB ports don't work at the same time, the problem could be the USB device you are using or the USB controller. If the controler, go into Device Manager and see if any problems (? marks). Start
your PC and press F8 several times until the boot menu comes up. Then
select "Safe Mode with Networking". When the desktop comes up go to the link below and download the correct vga driver and install it:
