On most HP laptops there is a small button located near the touchpad that will enable and disable it.
Usually on other laptops there are F1-F12 keys located at the top of your keyboard with pictures on them and if you hold down the FN key (usually located near the spacebar or CTRL/ALT keys) and press one it does a function such as change the volume (usually indicated by speakers with sound waves coming from it). Usually pressing of the FKeys combined with the FN key will disable and enable the touchpad.
Dell PSU Z930P - if no LED lights, then replace 1 capacitor on the PWM and PFC controller module. You have to desolder that module to make this work. This capacitor has bad ESR. Replace with new, good, LOW ESR.
Large capacitors at the input of the unit may have a slightly convex appearance and some decrease in capacity, but the power supply can continue to work successfully. Two small caps 100*25v on the main board can loose ESR too. If you want, replace all them with new ones for complete happiness.
if u see functions keys in ur key board, u can find symbols like increase volume etc, just u need to press fn and press above function keys Turn the laptop's internal Speaker volume up and down Mute the laptop's internal speaker Increase or decrease the monitor brightness or contrast Activate an external monitor for giving a presentation Activate Stand By mode
Small component board that controls sound could be faulty. It is near the bottom of the tv and the size of about a quarter. Another possible cause is "shorting" due to assembly ...If the speaker wire comes in contact with the metal at any point you will get this type of noise. Either way, you will need to take your tv apart to truely tell if the board is bad, or the wire has been cut slightly.
Remove the back off your tv, and just take a look at the small array of capacitors near the top right corner of the centrally situated power board. there are 4 identical capacitors rated at 1000uf 10v 105 degrees C. I think the silver capacitor lids should be flat or even slightly concave. The ones I replaced were all slightly convex and 2 of them had a tiny amount of what looked like brown corrosion right in the center of the caps.
The knives could be dull, you would have to be the judge of that. If the bevel & face are rusty they are probably dull. They can be honed or taken to a sharpening shop.
The outfeed table could also be too high. I usually adjust the knives above the outfeed table. I use an aluminum straight edge & adjust them using a sheet of printer paper on the outfeed table so that they are about the thickness of the paper above the table. I place the paper on the outfeed table put the straightedge on the paper & rotate & adjust each knife so they just slightly hit the straightedge when I rotate the cutterhead by hand. Needless to say the jointer needs to be unplugged while doing this.
The board could also be convex to start with. To fix that problerm start jointing at the start of the convex part and not at the end of the board.
they are located in the front of the TV behind the speaker grille. Remove the screws from behind that secure the speaker grille and the two inside the small door below the control buttons, Then you will see a small access panel remove that and the ICs are on the skinny board up front. Do not remove the rear panel on your model with the cord plugged in or it will destroy the HD circuits
try doing a reset on it flip it over and near the bottem right corner of the player theres a pinhole put a paperclip or something stiff and small in the hole and hold it for about 15 secons and see if that helps or you can put it into recovery mode by holding the volume up key while connecting it to your pc
