I hope this helps!
A 200.04, 200.29 or 200.39 paper jam message can occur when the printer is in a hot environment, when it prints large jobs in duplex mode, during extended start/stop printing, and in other stress-induced print scenarios. These errors can also be followed by a printhead error, most likely a 935.xx error.
The latest printer engine code (E105) fixes this error condition and optimizes the printhead steady state control. To fix this error condition and keep it from occurring again, please download the latest printer engine code.
