Question about Cell Phones
you didnt mention your phone name
but ill find out the way i will give the points that most phones are not connected
1) the head set which u have is different from your phone
2) or your head set wire lose connection
3) Try inserting Headsets > Remove battery while on. After Power up Remove Headsets and should be good.
It could also just be a bad or shorted Jack as well and might need to be repaired.
