Question about Sony Ericsson Cell Phones
This seems to be a regular problem with some SE phones. If you haven't tried, turn off the phone, remove the SIM and battery, re-insert and then turn the phone back on. If that doesn't fix the problem you'll have to call your cell provider and they maybe able to re-flash over the air.
