Hey guys I want to know if there are any ways to test your RAM and see
if it could be causing problems. All I have done so far is opened up
task manager and went to the performance...it shows about 850 as
physical memory usage. My laptop has 2 gigs. shows that 1170 is cached?
idk what that really means. any help plz!

Re: RAM TESTING HELP!
See explanations of task manager performance fields here. If you want to reduce the amount of ram used by system resources, you'll have to disable some of the processes that are running at startup. To do that, see links here, here, here.
For your test ram tool, see here and here are instructions.
You don't mention what kind of problems, but I suggest for general safety you work through at least the first four steps of these malware removal protocols. Otherwise see here, here, and here for advanced reading and helpful forums.

Is the fuel only the initial prime? If so, that isn't good enough. Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure, engine cranking. You said no spark. Engine cranking do you have fuel injector pulse?
If your missing all three, have to check cam and crank sensor signals.
I don't know what testing you have done? Any applicable trouble codes? As far as parts you replaced, if electrical, have to check wiring circuits and wire connector.
Check primary voltage at ignition coil, engine cranking, use a test lite to check for voltage, should be hot.
There are a lot of things that impact the accuracy of a testing device like that, especially when it is in an uncontrolled environment. Start with the test subject:
1. What kind of beer?
2. How much did the subject eat while drinking?
3. What medical conditions does the subject have?
The testing machine"
1. How is it stored?
2. How old is it?
3. Exposed to anything harsh like high humidity? Temp?
4. What environment was it used in? Cold Hot?
The only real way to know is to test it against another testing instrument or use a known solution of alcohol and water
this is common, if your place was cold its possible that something has died when turning on again, you could try and pull out ram in an order to see if one has failed, get the memtest download and make a boot disk to test the ram has not become faulty, test each stick alone, Hiren boot disk has all the good stuff for testing, its a free tecky tool for engineers.
