Question about GE 19GT317 19" TV
Accidentally set some sort of lock on the tv, possibly the parental control lock as the menu will not come up again, the channel buttons don't work, but the volume does. It was stuck on channel 4.
I left the tv unplugged overnight, it still has the same problem, but now oddly it's stuck on channel 3.
I don't have a remote for the tv and want to know if there's a way to manually reset it or make the menu come up again?
I did not get who the manufacture was of the tv but you may want to see if one or more of
the menue buttons are stuck down on the tv's front panel. This has been a common cause of
problems with Mitsubishi and Sony tv's. It could also cause volume to go up by it's self, no menue
functions, no power up and or no remote control functions to work.
Hope this helps,
