I would have solved the problem if you were smart enough to spell carburetor.

Spark plug is new & cleaned carborater it ran for about 2-3 sec & quit.It acts like it isn't pulling gas. This type lawnmower has plastic carborater and doesn't have a diaphragm.Any suggestions?

If you can find the fuel jet take it out and clean it. If there is dirt in the jets there will be no gas get to the carb. I blow mine out with an air line from an air compressor. or get a real fine wire and put through the holes. don't injure the jet or it won't work.

Truck will run only when i pour gas into carborater once it uses gas in carborater it stops firing

This sounds like a problem with the fuel pump. I would suggest that you check the fuel pressure. it should be 60psi. If not...fuel pump most likely the problem.

Will not start

Sounds like dirt in the carborater. I just took my carborater apart to clean it and I can't remember how to put it back together. If you try the same thing, Please take some pictures of it first.
