Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is an incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a format that your MP3 player uses. After video conversion then copy the video files to your MP3 player using the USB cable from your computer. If your phone has an option to store pics and vids in your gallery, the settings will either be accessed while the phone is in camera mode using options selection, or in your phone settings menu under memory options.
First off make sure you have a copy of any pics, vids & music you want to keep... then make sure you format the memory card in the phone. Settings, Memory, Card Memory, options, format. If you are not using a Music Essential Kit, then you plug the card into a memory reader attached to your computer. If you open the drive through "My Computer" you should see file folders for my pics, my videos, my music, etc. Make sure you place the music files in the music folder. (Music has to be DRM-free .mp3's, .wma's, etc. NO iTUNES unless converted) Put the card back in the phone and go to Get it Now, My Tunes...
Go to menu then organiser, select media album, then go to my music. Find the track you want from your list of tunes, then select options and scroll down to Use As then again scroll down to Contact Ringtone the phone will then take you to your address back where you can select the contact you wish to add the tune. Same instructions would apply for photo, just select from media album and select pictures?
Check The Photos folder in your computer on the MP3 and if the videos are in the picture folder then copy the vids and paste them to the video folder. if you dont have a video folder in the mp3 hard drive then create a new one called VIDEOS in CAPS. then paste the vids in that folder. after that delete the vids in the pics folder. hope this works. RATE PLZ. :P
To download pictures go into the program on your computer that holds your pictures and make sure you have your mp3 player hooked up. All you have to do is right click on the photo that you want to put onto your MP3 once you right click select the option send to and choose your f: file (on my computer that is the file that my mp3 shows under) then just select that file (f file on my computer and click on that file. Your pictures will be tranfsfered to your MP3 Player. Hope this help you out!
Since no one has answered this yet and I found a solution, I minus well help the people out there. This is how I do it: 1) go to menu 2) go to tools 3) go to USB Mass Storage This will allow your computer to recognize your phone/card and will open it. I highly recommend transferring all your photos and video to your card instead of your phone memory. This is how you transfer it from your phone to your card: 1) go to menu 2) go to settings 3) go to memory from here you can gain access to what is on your phone memory and your card memory. From this you can edit where you want to save your pics/videos/sounds to (either phone or card memory) and transfer your media files from your phone to your card or vise versa.
