First of all the error indicates that you have an ink stick fault most likely a cracked ink stick.
You need to enter diagnostics and clear ISC faults.
To enter diagnostics power off device.
power on device before the XEROX get to the middle of screen hold the back and ok buttons down until service diagnostics screen.
when diagnostics appears scroll to check functions and clear ISC Faults.
