You will need to master reset the phone, this will lose all information on it, contacts everything, but after the reset it will stil be able to make calls etc, just all personal information will be deleted. Hold down center key and power button for several seconds and follow the on screen instruction, will be a creepy black and green coloration

You won't be able to fix this issue by yourself unless you had the proper programs and cables. A service center will usually have this to fix issues like this. You can take it to a repair center and assuming they have the program, they will hook your phone up to their computer and read the codes out of the phone and give them to you.
