Question about HP LaserJet 3015 All-In-One Printer

There is no paper in a Document feeder

I have a hp laserjet 3015 all in one I can able to Print/copy/fax except scanner. when i go to scanner icon in my computer double click and it go to 2 step popup message appeared "There is no paper in a document feeder" I attach the same printer to the other PC it is working fine. suspecting the os issue but can you tell me what could be the problem exact diagnose steps.

Many printer have senser on paper feder ,printer cover ,and other, there isnot attachment between paper fedder and sencer so u get this message i think, and also dust is barrer of them. that 'why open the cover of ptriter.and blow air by blower machine. inner parts of printer im sure it help u . it is not softwere problem. thanks

Lines on copy/scan/fax


You have something on your "scanner glass", the narrow piece of glass that the scanner "looks" through during adf use. Get some window cleaner or rubbing alcohol and clean it with a damp cloth. Often, it's correction fluid (Liquid Paper). A little dot is all it takes because the paper is traveling across the dot, effectively drawing a line down the length of the page.

Laserjet 3015 will not fax more than one page a time


Open up the document feeder and clean the roller and pad with alcohol.

Paper jam in the automatic document feeder


I have a Laser Jet 3050..when I try to load a oaoer to copy or fax, paper does not move...just gears moving but paper is not being pick up...any solutions?
