Question about Tomtom GO 910 GPS Receiver
The green light does not necessarily mean there is power to the unit or charging the battery. If the unit is more than 3-5 years old, you may have success with replacing the battery. If you have a power source with sufficient current output capabilities then you could try that with the battery removed.
