How to reset jvc 61'' - JVC HD-61Z575 61" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television

all u have to do is to
Reset Picture and Sound Adjustments
1.Press the "Menu" button.
2. Press the "CH+" or "CH-" button to "Reset" listed on the display.
3. Press the "Volume+" or "Volume-" buttons to move left or right to enter your Reset selection. The Reset will reset all of your picture adjustments, including the color, brightness and tint to the default settings. Reset also resets your sound adjustments to the default settings, like the balance, bass and treble.
4. Press the "Menu" button to complete the resetting process

Scroll down the menu till you see "Lamp Reset " press Enter and your done..

lamp or bulb has gone

Look in the manual under "resetting the lamp timer"
This must be done with most any replacement

Ballast board is what turns Lamp on and CK your Fans if Lamp Fan is defective TV willnot come on.

you need to change the lamp.
