PROGRAM HAS STOPPED WORKING IF CORRECTLY

When I click a program "orbicam", it says "A web cam was not found or is not working properly". This has never hapened before installing upgrade window vista which is including CD for my laptop computer. Right now, while on screen saver only this webcam is working automatically.

I am also having a problem with my TravelMate 8200's OrbiCam, it keeps on giving me an error that reads: "could not start OrbiCam, used by another application" or something. Can somebody suggest a solution to this? Tried everything, still can't get it to work. Devastated

Since I upgraded MS XP I cannot get the orbicam working. "used by another application" ... since many month I look for a solution and tried all available drivers. But no change.
