Same problem here I have two that print labels and then it seems to lock the keypad and you have to shutdown down a few times. Called support and they didnt to have any anwser, they did have me check if there was a dup.IP address on my network (which there isnt). Basically they were trying to dump the problem back on me and my network.

On the Zebra it was printing 4x13 labels without a problem. However when I tried to print a 4x6 label it still thought there was 4x13 stock in the printer. I played around with the label format size, even...

I think this is more related to the calibration of the label each time you change the new label size. I use ZM400 and your printer should also have the same setting. Under setting, put the When Head Close setting to Calibration. This will let the calibration perform automatically when ever you load a new label size and close the print head. Well 2 label will be lost every time.

Reprogramming BE 365:

This link will take you to the page you need, to get started:

http://consumer.schlage.com/Service-Support/Pages/InstructionandManuals.aspx

Then scroll down to this heading on that page:
Electronic Security-Keypad Deadbolt BE365
There's a wealth of info under that heading. You will be able to see a PDF file of the original print instructions (which you can print out), as well as a video of how to install the lock. This is useful because there should be a sticker to be found on the backside of the keypad, with the code number that you need to reprogram the lock. This installation video (second item down) will be useful to allow you to disassemble it and view the sticker. This is also a great time to change the 9-volt battery!
The seventh item under that same header is a video which walks you through how to reprogram the keypad to your new code, using that program code that you found on the backside of the keypad.

Good luck!

If you go to control panel printers and then right click on your printer and select properties, you might be able to turn off the spooling.  It should be under the Advanced tab.  Click "print directly to the printer".
The other option is to try installing an updated printer driver, but you may still need to do the procedure above:

Machine sends out blank labels when asked to print a label

I've had this problem several times and it seems that you need to push in the lock ring of the spool as far as you can tightly because if the end of each label is not seen by the sensors than it just keeps pushing the papaer out. Also make sure that there are no labels loose inside the machine that are covering the sensors.

When the printer receives print information, the power LED blinks, but then you do not receive anything, check the communication cable LPT or serial is the speed of communication and the correct port (COM1, COM2, etc) .

Zebra 105se blank labels problem

I would say the roller isn't the problem. I had the same problem on many Zebra printers, but often the calibration helped. Then it could do, when printing task label is for larger/longer than the label size is set in the printer system (conflict of software with printer settings after calibration). It could be set too down to bottom in Y axis. Or it could be in the software settings - as action after print - not sure.
Try to open the printer queue while the label is printed and check if the label has proper number of pages or there's 1 page more. If it is the right number - then the problem is on printer side (recalibrate, reflash it). If the number is about 1 higher, the problem is with settings of the label size (barcode software, printer settings) or action after print on PC side.

Label Printing

Forward length matters in Label size detection. Width is just secondary. Length should be same for both. Else no, you have to had separate roll for each label size.

If the labels are same in length then there might be achance using Label Software that supports your printer.

This error appears when the printer has worked for more than 1 hours continuous, and to protect the printer. Wait a few minutes for printer to cool and continue with your printing.
