Question about Brother PE-150V Computerized Sewing Machine
Machine will not pick up bobbin thread . the machine is out of time. I have a brother PE150 embrodiery machine. I need to know where and how to set the timing
Bbragg77 solution lacks a few points that I found out after talking to someone who repairs the machines.
Turn the balance wheel (counter-clockwise) so that the needle moves down and the hook is supposed to be spinning counterclockwise. As the needle reaches the bottom and starts to come back up, stop when the need reaches approximately 2 mm off the bottom. In this position, the point of the hook should be directly behind the needle.

Take off the bottom cover by removing 4 20 trox screws and 2 or 4 small phillips screws, the bottom part of the hook has two allen screws on it that can come loose causing you to lose timing, lower the needle all the way and then raise it a little bit putting the tip of the hook just above the eye of the needle and then tighten the allen screws and add some lock tight
