You will have to get new batteries. In Greece, there are specialist battery shops that supply or charge batteries for every possible use. One of these shops replaced my batteries for 8 euros and now my hair trimmer is as good as new again. The trimmer appears to take two common AA sized rechargeable batteries, so you should be able to change the batteries yourself.

Google it for the manual by name of product, make and model and manual and you should be able to find the .pdf manual to download and save.

I couldn't find just the charger anywhere... I would recommend just buying a new kit.

I have the very same kit too, without instructions. If you look at the plastic bits that go on the shaver they will only fit on one way.
