Problem with Zboard WOW lich king keyset

I bought a Zboard and WOW lich king keyset.
At first i installed the Zboard from disc which came with it.
Then i did what the setup screen on the computer said to install the lich king set, but as i tried to update driver for it it said sorry keyset was not found and i followed the onscreen hlp and still nothing.
So then i unistalled the Zboard program thinking it was old version of the software and downloaded the program 32bit version from Steelseries.com and tried again and same problem happened.
The keybaord works but none of the extra buttons do:(.
