If its an old cartridge then yellow tends to be the one used up first I find. If its a new one try cleaning the printhads. If this doesn't work, remove the cartridge and immerse the printead in hot water-only a little-not the whole cartridge-just about a cm or so. Let it stand for a couple of minutes and then dab on tissue. Hopefully you will see all 3 colurs on the tissue. Clean printheads again and you should be sorted.

Canon Pixma yellow color problem

Either the ink you are using is not going to give the color you want, or you have print heads that are blocked.

I replaced both cartriges (Black and Color) and when I print, the yellow color does not print. Even on the test page, the color setion at the bottom is blank where the yellow color block should be printed....

You can dab the bottom of the color cartridge on a damp paper towel, check the streaks left behind, if there is no yellow either there is no yellow in the cartridge or it's just plugged. Dab it a few times on a wet towel, if still no yellow, you need another cartridge.

Colors are not printing the acutal color

It all depends on the meaning of 'not properly'.

Try creating a document with four different squares, or words, of these colours: yellow, magenta, cyan and black. If all of them print (albeit not with the correct shades) it is probably an ICM driver error. But my guess is that only one of those four colors will print badly, due to a defective color cartridge.
The OKI 5150 makes all perceivable colours using cyan, magenta, yellow and black toners, so if one of these malfunctions, the resulting colors will lack the required shade of, say, yellow, and will appear to be "wrong". The yellow colour itself, of course, would simply disappear (the "yellow" you use might actually be 95% yellow and 5% cyan; then the "yellow" square will be printed as a very light shade of cyan, while the other colors - say, 95% magenta and 5% yellow - will turn out almost exact).

Try with the color test and replace any failing cartridge; if all four (almost) pure colours do print incorrectly, it's unlikely to be a cartridge problem, and we'll have to dig deeper.

The cartridsge printe red and blue fine. No yellow

The print head for the yellow color may be clogged. Check the manual to see how to turn on your print head's cleaning system. Run it until the yellow starts to print properly. If after running the cycle 4 or 5 times you still can't get any yellow to print you will probably have to take the printer to your local repair depot to have them diagnose the problem.
