My PSP does not charge

I removed the battery and put it back again and the PSP turned on and after a few minutes it went off, must be the remaining power charge that turned it on. I charged it again but the light does not turn on and no charging is happenning.

I have an alcatel fierce one touch phone just went black? Fully charged.wont do anything? Help please!

Do the one two three method. While the phone is still on, remove the battery. Once it is removed, hold down the power button for ONE minute. This will drain any remaining power with the battery removed. After one minute of holding down the power button, replace the battery and see if it is still black, if it is, repeat only this time hold that power button down for a full TWO minutes and again put the battery back in and see if that fixes it, if it doesn't then do the same for a full THREE minutes. Basically you need to drain any remaining power from the phone before putting the battery back in to fix the problem. Hopefully this will fix your problem.

I was using my psp while it was charging and the charging light turned off, so i naturally assumed that it was fully charged. But a few minutes later the battery died and it wont charge when i plug it in....

Have you tried to remove the battery and put it back in and try to turn it on. Try removing the battery and putting the charger in and starting the PSP. If it starts, it might be the battery. If it doesn't, it's either the plugin for the charger or the PSP is just dead. If it does start with the charger, try putting the battery back in, if it charges awesome. If it doesn't the battery might be dead.

My psp will nt charge or turn on it has been in myy locker for a while now when i plug it into my ps3 it will not charge

Try keeping your psp battery in a dry place for a day, then try charging. If this doesn't work..
Try the following:
a) Try charging using a usb cable...
c)Also try cleaning the usb port and power port or the place were u connect the charger to psp...
b) Remove ur psp battery and plug in the charger and turn on the psp... When it turns on put the battery back in (do not turn off the switch or psp when u put the battery back in)...

We turned the psp on and it froze

If you need the PSP off, the only easy thing to do is remove the battery, let it cool or sit for a few minutes, then put it back in and turn in on.

Psp doesn't turn on

Your PSP is on, hence the green light, its most likely your display that is messed up.

Try tapping the display button ( which is next to the mute button) a few times, if nothing comes up then you should send it in to be fixed or buy a new one.

Remove the battery for 15 minutes, connect the AC Adapter and install the battery again.
It that doesn't work, remove the battery again, wait 15 minutes, install it and plug the AC Adapter.
