Your battery is a NP45 Li ion ... even if it seems to charge ok it still could be bad ... if you can substitute another battery to make sure ... borrow one from a friend or take it to the place you purchased it and see if they will just try one of their batteries .. or you can see if it will work while its plugged into the charger ... if it does then its likely the battery needs replacing ..

Why does my camera feel hot and says batteries are too low to take pictures (when I put brand new batteries in the camera).

Are these rechargeable batteries or disposable?

The following link describes how to choose the right AA battery for your HP Camera.

Also this is the reason why your batteries say you are low (link is to the HP support page)

"
The battery gauge predicts the remaining battery life, based on the current rate of use. Since digital camera operations such as focusing and using the strobe use battery power at different rates, the battery gauge may seem inaccurate until it adjusts to the new rate of power use. In addition, after changing settings or replacing the batteries, sometimes the camera takes a few minutes to determine how much charge is remaining in a battery. During that time, the battery gauge may not be accurate."

How do I charge the camera I have 2 sets of wires that came with the camera ( I have been using batteries but they no longer work to hold a charge I put new ones in and within a minute it dies)

Digital Cameras use regular batteries very (very) fast. You cannot charge the batteries/camera with either of the cords that came with your specific camera. You will need to purchase "long life" rechargeable batteries ALONG WITH a battery charger that plugs into the wall and you put the batteries into the charger in order to recharge the batteries themselves.

Camera doesn't seem to accept a charge Camera

Yes. You need a new battery. I would assume the same. Have the battery checked or try charging it in the battery charging cradle overnight.

My sony cybershot dsc-t200 will not turn on. None of the buttons or switches work. The battery is charged. For a while, it wouldn't turn on unless I put the battery on the charger for a few minutes first....

Yes its could be the battery ,have you try the power plug from the charger to see if its works if yes you may suspect the battery
because the ion lithium battery after a while of charging they come with a memory effect so when you charge it, they only charge a part
of the power and dont charge fully..

hope that will help you

Camera doesnt turn on

The Li Ion battery is going bad, or is not charged fully. When the voltage goes down below a certain level, the camera will not operate at all.

And, using other batteries other than Li Ion won't work, either.

What does "for inoLithium battery only" mean?

Is it a Sony battery. I had a similar problem on a similar Sony that I fried using an aftermarket battery or at least that is what Sony said caused it. Especially if it is an info battery.

No power?????

Not sure if this will help, but it seemed to fix my issue......I used a freshly charged battery. Removed both xD and Compact Flash memory from the camera. Powered on. You will see the menu flash and read that there is no card inserted. Power down. Place memory back in the camera. I can't explain my issue. The camera may have gone into a stand-by mode until the battery died and it just needed a reset? Anyway, hope this can be of use to someone. =0)
