Have the tires inspected for a stuck stone or metal object. The anti-roll bar may have lost one of it's rubber bushings where it connects to the suspension on that side. A shock absorber may have lost a rubber bushing.

Have them both checked for leaks. May be a valve stem or corroded wheel, but the only way to know is to have them checked.
One good idea is to spray soapy water from a spray bottle all over the tire, rim area, and around the valve with the cap off. Flex the valve stem as they can crack and leak air.
SOURCE: back right tire seized up and won't turn
this problem is caused by the 4 wheel active (needs no input from driver to apply brakes) anti-lock brake hydraulic controller has a leaking high pressure poppet valve to that wheel, u will need to replace the control valve, they sell rebuilt units. This is a fairly common problem on active ABS systems with traction control.
SOURCE: the back tires seem to
remove back tires to see if the brakes or what is locking up rearend. If it's just the rears then you could have a parking brake problem. also check e- brake cable for locking up. its hard to say without being there. check out rear brakes could be anything.
