Try to remove the Black cartridge and install it back in a few seconds. If the black ink still won't print, get a damp clothe and wipe the tip (metal) of the cartridge in 1 direction. Then test if the printer will now print in black.

When i print in color there are 2-3 smudges (ab. 2 x 1 cm)at the same place evry time. When printin b&w there is no problem.

that only means that the nozzles of your printer for the colored ink are clogged by dried inks but for black, its not, you can try printing a nozzle check to prove or check that. and if you found out that it has missing lines, do head cleaning

Problem with inkjet indicator

sometimes the ink level report does not reflect the true picture. what you should do is see whether it is printing faded or not printing blank. If printin normal you really shouldn't worry. If it were not printing I would suggest you returned it but that is not the case.
