I was puzzled too... here's my fix... the remote has six buttons, the very small one at the top is the reversing button. Remote is part # 85095. It's a Westside II fan, bought at Costco.

My Hunter fan using remote 85095-01 will not reverse ceiling fan direction.

Free online manual gives a suggestion that you may already tried to select the fan speed, and then click on the reverse button.

Some ceiling fans also have a cord to pull to reverse direction, but unknown whether or not your fan has it.

How do I reverse direction of hunter fan using universal remote 99121?

you don't
Reverse direction for a ceiling fan is a clockwise motion producing an updraft. In the winter, when your heater is running, reversing your ceiling fan moves warm air near the ceiling down to the floor. This greatly reduces your energy use and can lower your energy bills by as much as 15 percent. You will need a ladder or a step stool to reach the motor housing. Turn off your ceiling fan and locate the direction switch on the motor housing. This one is here, sometimes they are on the top of the motor housing. Make sure your fan has come to a complete stop before flipping the direction switch in the opposite direction

How to convert a Hunter ceiling fan remote to hard wire switches

You cannot do this because the remote has a connection for reversing the direction of the blades. Hunter does not post the schematic for their fans. There is a common, low, medium, high and possibly the light and the reverse direction. IF you do manage to connect it, you will lose a lot of functionality.

Minka Aire model f603 reverse switch?

Not sure what model of fan or manufacture you have. Says Hunter 52" & Minka aire F603. If it's the Minka , Then push the button on the lower part of the remote (6 o'clock). If that doesn't work then you might need a new receiver.

Hunter ceiling fan 22450 no reverse switch manual says there is.

Model 22450 does not have a reverse motor. The blades are spring loaded. You change the blade pitch by pushing in and twisting. This will change the air flow direction.

Hunter ceiling fan 52 ",

Hey dale. Sounds like either the integrated remote pack inside the fan housing might be bad, or the reversal switch part. If it has a switch on the fan housing to change it from forward and reverse, you could try going to a hardware store and replacing that switch. If that doesn't work, then it is probably a bad remote receiver pack iside the fan, it will be a bigger, probably black little box. If this is the case, your better off getting a new fan, as it will cost about the same. If your fan doesn't have a little switch to change blade direction, 9 out of 10 times it is the receiver pack. If your fan does have a switch for fan direction, there is a good chance it is a bad switch. It could also be both. After 10 years with the fan, you might seriously want to consider purchasing a new fan.
