Try keeping the paper only in the bottom tray (there's a tray in the bottom) Try pulling any paper out of the top and just close that top tray. Open up the head so that u can see the ink cartridges and turn the printer on and off and maybe it will center itself again. If it's still not working (even if lights aren't red and print head wont align in the center) try manually moving the head back and forth like 18 times so you can lubricate that rail in the back that's holding it. After that, re-turn it off and on again.

Well every advice is the same except a little altered (use a warm cotton swab to clean inside machine and on print head channels) but then it says if possible replace print head but honestly this has become a primitive Machine for turning humans into corpses - buy a new one.

Why the cartridge does not move when the printer is on. and when i set to print error no. B200 appear?

http://www.canon.co.uk/support/consumer_products/product_ranges/printers/pixma/error_codes/#b200
B200 Error- This could also be displayed as P10 or the orange and green light blinking 10 times Description:

B200 is a service error that can occur due to a hardware failure with either the printer or the print head.
Resolution:
In most instances, a B200 error will require a repair at a Canon authorised repair centre, however prior to sending your printer for repair please follow the steps below to try and resolve this error-
  1. Turn off the printer
  2. Disconnect the power cable
  3. Open the printer cover
  4. Check for any orange protective tape or white polystyrene and remove if necessary
  5. Check that there are no foreign objects in the printer (such as a paper clip) and remove if necessary
  6. Close the cover
  7. Reconnect and turn on
If the error message is still showing, then it is necessary to deliver or send the printer to an authorised repair centre.
If the printer is still under warranty, (generally one year from purchase) and supporting documentation is provided, then a free of charge warranty repair will be carried out.
If the warranty has expired, then any repairs can only be carried out at cost and charges will apply.
You can find the details of your nearest repair centre using our interactive repair centre locator.
If you own a PIXMA PRO-1 please contact us directly as you may be eligible for an on-site repair.
