Motorola SBG900 Connected but not sending and recieving.

It says that My Motorola SBG900 is connected to the internet but there is no activity, it's not receiving or sending anything (bytes) when I click on the status bar (Local Area Connection).
I am using a Ethernet Cable to connect the SBG900 to my computer.
There is no activity in the receive and sent part but it says I'm connected.
