Question about HP OfficeJet 7410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Remove and check cartridge--tried it a dozen times, did the driver download and still no luck. what now?
Its not a software issue.try changing the cartridge if you still face the issue go ahead and clean the copper contacts on the cartridge with a cotton swab dipped in water. Then clean the copper contacts inside where the cartridges sit.
If you still face this issue call in to hp at 1800-474-6836 cauz this could be a hardware malfunction with the printer and so ask for an upgrade you will get atleast a 50% discount on it with hardware as well as phone support on the upgrade and then u can extend the warranty of the whole printer by 3 to 4 years.
Try this hope this will help you
