Good Day, Your
washing machine is fully automatic?
the
washing cycle is normal?
if yes
do the same maybe it will help you.
for
the fully automatic washing machine mostly have drain pump, please check the
filter of your drain pump, how? remove the cup of your drain pump like a
ordinary cup, screw it clock wise or counter clock wise.
Remove
drain pump filter and clean it, some hair pins, cotton buds or coins or any
small item that coz of clog up.
if
your washing machine dont have drain pump ,but fully automatic check the drain
motor if running or not? how? open the back cover for top loader washing
machine only, select spin cycle and press start to see the drain motor running?
the drain motor is like a small box with small wire to pull the lever of the
drain to remove water inside, if the motor running or pull the lever of the
water pipe but water still inside the washing machine, remove the drain cup or
cover and clean it or check if have coin or cloth inside that coz of clog or
water stuck,
if the
drain pump or drain motor is weak this is will cause and long time draining or
totally not running the drain pump or drain motor and its cause of totally stop
the cycle of washing machine in rinse time or spin time, because all fully
automatic washing machine, after washing cycle the drain pump or drain motor
must be on, to remove water before start the next cycle. rinse or spin cycle.

Hi,
Here is a tip that I wrote that will help you with your dishwasher not draining
problem...
there is a little pump at the bottom of the machine, called the askoll pump".this is what pumps out water before and after a cycle.the pump needs replacing.
Try cleaning out the air gap. The air gap is not part of the machine, and is located on your sink. If this becomes clogged, it may cause the machine to not drain properly. Also, I know you said you checked the drain hose and cleaned as far as the filter and chopper blade, but have you checked the lower filter? There is a filter located underneath the machine that should periodically be cleaned. To check this, you need to access the machine from underneath by removing the bottom vanity cover.
Hope that one of these helps!
you first need to check the drain hose .The hose needs to form a loop higher than the drain pipe that it is attached to.If their is no loop than the water can come back into the dishwasher
This is a water saver or previously known as a suds saver model. The bottom one is the drain. The top one would go to a suds tub. If you set the machine on save, the wash water is pumped out of the top hose into the holding sink next to the washer. The rinse water goes out the bottom hose to the drain. The next cycle you could set the washer to the very beginning of the main wash cycle and the washer would pump the water from the tub back into the washer to be used as wash water for the second load of laundry. Yea, used water. But the first load would be lightly soiled stuff, and the next load would be old barn clothes or play clothes. It was designed to save water (about 65 gallons used for 2 loads vs. 90 gallons) and soap. (now, front load machines with larger tubs would use as little as 25 gallons for two loads.) Just hook up the bottom hose to the drain. Leave the save / drain switch set to drain and you'll be fine. To be extra safe (in case the switch was accidentally set to save) disconnect the wires at the solenoid where the drain hose splits into two at the back bottom of the washer. (right where the hoses exit the machine.)
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE MACHINE DOES LEAVE A LITTLE AMOUNT OF WATER BEHIND.AS LONG AS THE WATER IS NOT ABOVE THE FILTER MEANING THE MESH AT THE BOTTOM THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE MACHINE.GOODLUCK.MOHAMED
