Question about Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse VSBX300008
Hi i am shalini
c i am able to c the lights on the mouse and tried all the trouble shooting steps but still any assistance i tried these troubleshooting steps
> press the connect button and the reset button at the same time < no use >
> chked in the device manager the product is working fine
> choosed the accessibilty and chked the use the mouse tab and clicked the use mouse option < but still no use >

rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it.
