Question about Dell Inspiron 531s Desktop Computer
My computer is not working it is giving me a black screen with options to choose from I have tried 3 different options and the computer still does ot work. When I choose an option it takes me to a blue screen that instructs me to restart computer and choose f8 key and then choose safety mode well when i hit f8 nothing happens. I have tried to reinstall the cd that came with the computer but it is not working. Maybe I'm using the wrong cd someone please help me. I have only had the computer for 1 year.
