Problem with colors

is the convergance listed in the menu? if the convergance is not listed in the menu anymore, and no convergance....there is a specific fix....on the deflection PCB the +40 volt source is missing or much lower voltage. This is, i think diode #DL231 which is coming off the flyback transformer. The diode may be shorted or open and the fusible in line may be open....I have also had bad print & bad connections on the flyback do that also....i have had the as an intemittant type problem as well, but the +40vdc must be there!      good luck! let me know what you find....
