heyy..if u encounter this problem then just go the folder and open the file whichever ur setup cannot find and then retry.for example if ur setup cannot find dwtrig20.exe, find it in the setup folder and open it..then try installing it again.in most cases, the setup will not b able to find 2 files. open the two files whenever the setup cannot find them and then install.

do you have any other ms office software installed in the pc? if there is, uninstall them. then follow the steps below.

hold down the window key + the R key on your keyboard. type regedit on the run command line then press enter

locate the following:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > software > microsoft > office, cleaned up both the 12 keys and the downloads keys further under delivery > source engine > downloads (right click on downloads, choose rename. change it to downloadsold)
press enter then reboot pc.

The setup.CHM error appears when the previous install is still there in some form. Run the uninstaller if it still appears in Programs, then manually locate and wipe all the Office folders left in in C - especially those in Docs and Settings.
