Cd will not go in

I'll put a cd in my jensen vm9311ts and it has problems taking the cd you can actually see the cd isn't in all the way in. It sounds like its reading the cd and then it spits right back out. We have tried to clean the censor but it won't even take that cd. We have tried reseted the loading mechanism and it still will act up. The head unit is only about two years old. We don't know what to do.
