Problem with OKI ML 395 (by 2 users)

Hi,
I have problem with my oki ml 395. The problem happend when I try to print something. Printing head move one way a little and than alarm starts flashing quickly and I must turn off printer. Problem with flashing alarm led appear also when i turn on printer. How can I fix it ? Looking forward for answer, thanks

Problem is with your carriage motor,it needs to be replaced.
