Ir, I have a cannon ir3300 photocopier...Its print clarity and neatness are fine and its didn't shows an error but the problem is the print coming out is in a wave shape.. lines are coming out like a sine wave.. can u describe the reason of the problem?...how can i solve this?..

what you need to do is just resetting your machine.
1. Press * 28 * on your machine in a quick move.
2. Select copier
3. Select Err.
4. Select Clear then press O.K
5. Turn your machine off for 1 minute and turn it on again.
The error code will not be there anatmoreand your machine will be functioning well.

Replace the Fixing Element Coil.

1) install Network ScanGear software from canon officiall site, search under ir 3300, and among all drivers there is scangear too. 2) when you install scangear, open it and press discover button, but the light scan on copier must be on, and set on ONLINE. 3) Then over eg. word2003 go to insert-pic.-from scaner or cam.-choose scangear- custom insert.

E007 code is occurring for the IR 2200 / 2800 / 3300
Solution : In Service mode / Copier / Function / Part Check, energize M4 (the Fixing Drive motor). If the Fixing Drive motor does not come on, replace M4 (part number FH6-1848-000).
