Question about Acer Aspire 3000 Notebook
OK try this: Boot up the notebook and immediately hit the F8 key until you see the menu option to boot in Safe Mode. Choose Safe Mode from the menu. Once the system finishes You will be given a choice of Yes to enter Safe Mode, and No to enter System Restore Mode Choose YES Hopefully there will be no password on the Adminstrator account and you will be able to log on as administrator. Once logged in, go to Control Panel, User Accounts and create a new user account with administrator privlidges. After creating this account you will be able to boot the normal way and log on to the new account.
